Banner Glitches

So I was trying to build a cool banner design and I came across a problem. I cannot use more than 6 patterns per banner. The only evidence I have is a reproduction by a DE ranked user or lower.

This was the wanted design:

I can thank FinalFormSora for helping me get this banner, but still need help with future banners that I am going to make. For example, this one has 13 patterns:

I would still have 7 patterns to go once I have hit the problem.

i think some banners you just cant make without command blocks.

I am sure I can create all banners in survival. I will test it when I get home tonight with the banners posted above.
